Todays workout showed that I fave a problem with my right shoulders that prevents me doing shower press. I can only manage with a light weight which is frustating. I also noticed that it gives me the same problem with bench presses... Nevertheless we workedout. Bench press with bar.. 20lbs x 12 x 12 reps only Lat. Rise I did with left arm sets of 10 or 12 reps but with right arm do 3 sets of 30 reps, using only 10lbs Front Rises using 5lbs did left arms 4 sets of 12 and right arm 4 sets of 24 then increase the weight to 10lbs and did 2 sets each left arm 12s and right arms 24s Bent over lat rises. 5lbs x20 reps. 10blbs 20 reps with left and 30 with right 3 sets. Upward rows 20lbs 4 sets of 12s Shrugs with bar. from behind. 2 sets of12 80lbs. front 2 sets of 12 100lbs and 2 sets of 15s dumbbells 40lbs and finish...
