Todays workout was biceps and triceps with some pull ups. Bicep curls 3/10 Tricep pushdowns 3/10 Hammer curls 3/10 Close grip bench press 3/10-12 (Hit my PR of 85) Natural grip pull ups 3/5-10 I remember 3 months ago I was barely able to do a single pull up. Now through persistent hard work and dedication Im able to do 5+ Ive noticed a lot of definition in my back and how strong it has gotten. Dont give up because it gets hard or you cant do it. Giving up will only slow down the process. We all have to start somewhere.
