Today’s #DailyDose of #PeerInsight is, I have a #CONCERN about, “our plan for skills needed to grow the organization.” Too many times, as leaders, we live in the “here and now” rather than the future. As leaders we are always “putting out fires”, watching much of our day be consumed by pressing personnel issues and meetings. We need to take more time to plan for our growth and equip our people with what they need in tools and knowledge to be at the forefront of our industry. Are we working with our “heads up” or “nose to the grindstone”?
