Today’s Mission is to be a lil more specific on my workouts … sometimes i just do a exercise, not realizing what part the exercise is working … I’ve been a good school girl— did some research on upper body home workouts — I’m targeting Shoulder(“delts”), Triceps and Traps with these 3 exercises…I use a 10lb resistance band, complete 20reps- 3sets….rest in between for 20-30secs … low weight + higher reps+ 3sets = Taralees formula :D ! I used bodybuilding exercise library to get these works together :D ! “ A dishonest man spreads strife, and a whisperer separates close friends” Proverbs 16:23.. YASSSSSSS YES YES so true… haven’t you had a situation where a lil lie just got out of control for the worst … and gossiping with girlfriend ALWAYS lead to no good! … Both situations i struggle but getting closer to God has helped me get through this!
