Today’s inclement weather has caused Dr. Durant and his leadership team to hold discussions about the process that is followed on whether to delay or close school. The team has always strived to make the decision as soon as possible so parents and guardians can prepare, but sometimes weather conditions deteriorate after the initial decision. If that happens in the future, please know that the top concern, as always, will be the safety of the students and the decision will be changed if necessary and arrangements made. For example, if students are already on the bus, they will be taken back to their stop.
