Today’s parents meeting went on well. Pupils came accompanied by their parents and we had an intimate session personally. We shared our highest aspirations and hopes for an accomplished generation through academics and morality at our school. What we concluded, most of the children are faced with challenges beyond what they can grasp, understand, chew and swallow. Parents are so stressed, not knowing how to provide, from where and how to attain and sustain the basic needs and wants to reach their God given responsibility faithfully, obediently, lovingly and respond to them accordingly. Most of them are jobless, for those who work, they do menial jobs, their job schedule is so tight they can barely prepare their children to bed, school and help them through homework; father and mother. Some of the children orphaned, staying with foster /guardian parents they can’t fit their new homes. These children have become emotional and unable to concentrate in class. Some sleep on empty stomachs safe for what they bite at school for lunch and breakfast respectfully. We counseled and encouraged the parents to stay hopeful, try hard and even harder and show them love. Really love wins. Unconditional love heals. The ultimate achievement, a lovable happy child propelled to reach their full potential and a parent feeling responsible and accomplished in duty.Moffat
