Today’s prayer Friday 6-21-13: Dear God, I am weak but I find strength in your power Lord as I read in the book of Ephesians 6:14-18 (NIV) “14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.” I now understand Satan goal is to blind my mind to God’s word and fill me with fear but my strength is in my faith in you Lord when I am wearing the full armor of God. Demons are like germs just waiting to infect you unless you use soap and water to get ride of them first. We can get ride of fear by reading the bible, praying and believing and living in faith using God’s word everyday as our guide. In the name of Jesus, Amen. Reflect on this today: (Psalms 111:10).
