Today’s word of encouragement: “But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.” John 16:13 The Holy Spirit is our greatest ally in our walk into maturity in Christ. He can truly evaluate our level of maturity and takes us by the hand and leads, guides and teaches us in the truth we need in the moment. The wisdom which the Spirit will impart comes directly from the Father. “For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God.” 1 Corinthians 2:10-11 What the Spirit “hears” comes from the deep interaction between the Father and Himself. He knows all there is to know of God even to the extent of His very deepest thoughts! God has not only sent His son to restore us back unto our original placement and purpose but the Holy Spirit was sent to train us in the understanding of how we should walk out our restoration. Take a few moments to contemplate what this means to your life! “He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.” This passage still echoes into our lives today just as it did the moment these words were spoken by Jesus Christ! The Holy Spirit will reveal to us what lies ahead in our lives. “Direct my steps by Your word, And let no iniquity have dominion over me.” Psalms 119:133 “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, And He delights in his way.” Psalms 37:23 These two passages agree and point toward the truth of Jesus’s words! Today pray the words of Psalms 119:133! Your prayer will not be ignored! Proclaim “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, And He delights in his way.” Psalms 37:23 over your life. Release the Spirit to fulfill His God given task pertaining to you for today and lead you into all the truth for today. God bless you P.M.
