Today’s workout was a ladder. Here are the stations: 1 bear crawl across the room 2 resistance bands lateral steps 3 push-up rows each arm 4 lateral burpees 5 single leg dead lift—each leg 6 plank arm reaches 7 bosu squats with kettle bell push out 8 snowboards 9 biceps curls 10 ?? didn’t get that far so I don’t remember 11?? So the ladder went 1 2, 1 3, 2, 1 4, 3, 2, 1 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 8…. 9…. Lots of sweat today. Tonight I run. Still not certain where I will run on Sunday. Sure, I can do the sidewalks but it was more pleasant to run in the conservancy. I just don’t do snakes. Maybe a park will be better.
