Toddy took me to the Cancer Center at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula this morning at zero dark thirty. Happily, my day of low carbs and high protein foods paid off, and the PET scan itself went off without a hitch. We will get the results on Friday, when we visit Dr. Eid at the University Medical Center on Friday. I am hopeful that the developments in my case are not terribly advanced, since I had surgery February 4th. I pray that God will give me the grace to accept the test results, and for us to move forward with whatever treatments are called for. ... After my test, Toddy took me to Cracker Barrel where we "broke our fast" in grand style. Our friend Ruth Breland joined us. Blessings continue.
