Toffee Banana Recipe Ingredients: • 4 bananas • 400 gm flour (can use half corn flour) • 140 ml water, for the batter • 1 tea spoon baking soda • 50 gm sugar (use 1 tbsp honey • 80 ml water • 1 tsp sesame seeds Method: • Cut the bananas into three pieces each. • Mix the flour and 140 ml water to make batter. • Dip the banana pieces in the batter • Caramelize the sugar. • Then add 80 ml water. • Toss the fried banana pieces in the caramelized sugar sauce. • Garnish with one teaspoon of sesame seeds. Then serve with vanilla ice cream
