Communication, compassion, trust, motivation, inspiration, honesty, authenticity, and integrity. Being present with yourself aides the other person in being more conscious. Speak your truth and be the best listener possible. Ive learned most from others by being a present observer and active listener. These are simple yet powerful techniques I learned in a random communication class in college. I realized how much I talked over people and wasnt actually giving them the space and time to be completely heard and thus appreciated. I learned how my body language was effecting not only my thoughts, but how others perceived me. The list goes on and on. There are so many lessons to experience through a partnership. Lessons well never learn alone sitting behind a screen. Go play. Connect eye to eye. Hand to hand. Heart to heart
