Tokyo was disappointing thanks to the weather. We had planned to go on a hop on hop off bus tour but they said because it was too cold we could only sit upstairs where it was open. I think that was a lost in translation moment! So we went to Hama-rikyu Gardens which was a 17th century shoguns private retreat. Then we took the trains around looking for something else to do before giving up and heading back to our hotel.
