More importantly, I can announce that one of my customers - Justin - chose the roast on the Nicaragua for cafetiere. He had two roasts of the coffee, and picked the lighter one. He said it had more flavour and he was right. I just tried both and the lighter has far more flavour. I love it when customers share the love. Any one out there want to share my five figure debt????
