Tom Darcy On Thursday 18th of July, The President of Ireland was served with a summons requesting him NOT to sign the Land and Conveyancing law reform Bill 2013. I informed President Higgins that Precipitance upon which the Irish Government drafted the Land and Conveyancing law reform Bill 2013 without extending economic or social evaluation and in the absents of Judicial examination denies clarity or transparity to this Nations people I further enlightened the President that the Proposed Bill is unfair and unjust and if enacted will favour the financial institutions and fast track family home repossessions contrary to this Countries Constitution. I explained that in the absents of an inquiry regarding securitisation of loans of hundreds of billions of euros that were omitted from the Financial Institutions of this states records and issues of insolvency yet to be adjudicated, the introduction of this new bill will extend further powers and enable the same financial institutions to operate under the same legislation is negligent of this Government. Minister of Finance Michael Noonan and Taoiseach Enda Kenny were served with the same summons last evening at 6.10. I need everyone here on face book to post to the world. Our President has the power to stop mass evictions of his people, to stop further poverty and suppression of his people. Our media will not report this, its up to everyone here to inform the world, Change is up to you, only you, please post Share
