Tomato Pie 1 deep dish pie crust 4 Lg. tomato’s peeled and sliced ½ c. green onions diced with tops 1 c. grated mozzarella cheese 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 5 fresh basil leaves chopped Preheat oven 350 degree. Place sliced tomatoes sprinkled with salt in a colander over a plate and let drain for 15 min. Now remove tomato slice by slice and pat dry with a paper towel then layer tomato’s in pie shell with basil, onions and add pepper to taste. Combine both cheese and mayonnaise mix well then spread over tomato’s and bake for 30 min or until brown. Enjoy
