Tomato green peas paratha.. .Method.. knead 1 cup atta salt n little oil n keep aside.. .Stuffing.. heat ghee jeera hing put 1 onion cook then put chop 1 tomato remove its seeds n cook nicely then put boil 1/2 cup green peas little mash paneer red chille n turmeric pwd n salt cook nicely n cool it.. .Now make 2 roti apply little oil n sprinkle little maida n spread the filling nicely cover with another roti press on all sides apply little oil on top of the roti sprinkle sesame seeds n coriander leaves n cook nicely golden in sim gas,put little butter n serve with curd green chutney n sauce.
