Tomorrow I am taking a real vacation for the first time in a couple of years. I am fortunate to have a farm sitter while I am gone so I will be able to stay longer than I would have been without her. It is the longest I will have been away from the farm in about five years. I am looking forward to the much needed rest and relaxation but I will miss my critters. It will also be odd not calling and sharing my experiences with Mom and Dad. Another one of those milestones I have to do I guess. Looking forward to seeing friends.
