Tomorrow I start 21 days of clean eating with THE ULTIMATE RESET! If anyone wants to join me by eating clean too, Ill share the recipes with pics if what I eat for the next 21 days. An old friend from high school is also doing this with me, Amber Crowley!! We will support each other so that we make it the whole 21 days!! I will post my before pic and measurements tomorrow, and then every 7 days so you can track my progress! Ill also let you know on a scale from 1-10, about how I feel, and energy levels, cravings etc. lets see what change I can make in just 21days!!
