Tomorrow, Tuesday, 27 January, Carlisle Barracks will have a 2-hour delay. US Army War College classes start at 1030 Hours. Uniform is note #4, combat and functional. Electives registration will commence at 1300 as scheduled. Dunham Health and Dental Clinics will open at 0930 Hours. Dunham appointments between 0730 and 0930 will be cancelled and must be rescheduled. Dunhams staff will contact those individually to reschedule their appointment.
