Tomorrow is August 4, 2014. Add those numbers together and reduce them down to a single digit. Numerologically, that number is 1. August is month 8 and you might assume wed enter a new month with a new beginning. However, tomorrow is actually the beginning of the month because the day = 1. So if youll go back and read what I wrote for August 2...youll have a pretty good idea of the overall meaning of August. How to live through it best? Do those things that bring you into BALANCE! (And remember – lots of folks out there are not reading this.) Heres some suggestions: Breathe and exhale! Dont sweat the small stuff! Shrug your shoulders frequently. Refuse to criticize yourself or anyone else...unless you cant help it. :-). Be regular with your work-outs – yoga, martial arts or whatever. Watch your sugar and coffee intake. And remember, no matter what we think, we dont know really whats the highest good in any situation. Best of all...laugh as often as you possibly can.
