Tomorrow is Rememberance day a day were we pay tribute thanks gratitude appreciation for those who have served our nation n continuing to serve it n its people in times of conflict and war in lands around the globe. Vietnam, Japan, East Timor, Israel, the pacific islands, turkey, France, Germany, Indonesia, Greece, the u.k Korea Borneo all lands and seas around the globe many lost there lives and did not return to there loved ones families and friends some did. These brave men n women have given there lives in defence of our nation n its people and continue to do so in places like Iraq, Afghanistan every single day. These are true Australian heroes and deserve our thanks gratitude respect admiration and appreciation. You can do so by attending your local Rememberance serve at your local cenotaph, rsl, army barracks the shrine of Rememberance etc at 11am and purchasing a red poppy and donating to the red poppy appeal Anzac appeal and legacy appeals and dont forget to toast a drink to our brave men n women both past n present of the Australian defence forces. They shall grow not old as we who are left grow old age shall not weary them nor the years condemn at the going down of the sun and in the morning. We will remember them. Lest we forget.
