Tomorrow is Sunday...... Is there any Word..... from the Lord ? Today the popular notion of a prophet, has been gutted of any notion of spiritual insight in favor of the notion of prognosticator of sensat ional and superficial natural events..... especially as they play to heretical eshatology. In a society that is often unjust, inequitable, and whose very structures are responsible for generating untold suffering and poverty, here and around the world, we are right to ask..... "Is there any Word from the Lord ?" (Jer. 37:17)
