Tomorrow is Valentines Day. My wish, for each person reading this post is that you know and feel genuine love on Valentines day, and every day. I use to love holidays like this so much. Tonight I would be sitting with my children, helping them prepare their Valentines to hand out to their classmates. In the morning I would ask if they remembered their Valentines to take to school. Then tomorrow, after school I would look through the Valentines that they had received, and listen to stories about how their day went. I believe that Valentines day, is the perfect holiday for children. Who knows more about love than an innocent child? Who else needs more love than a child? (we all need love of course, but it seems to me that the very young need extra). Maybe we protective parents should adopt this holiday, to send all our love to our children. Stolen by courts, and placed in danger. Our children are missing our love most, so maybe this is the perfect holiday to express it.
