Tomorrow is a day that means so much to me. It is a day to honor our fathers. Not everyone is as fortunate as I was in the daddy department, but I was given one of the very best! He was a man that was strong physically, mentally and spiritually. My daddy was and is my hero. Walker Brown loved his wife and children above everything else in this world, except for the Lord. He was a very handsome man with a gentle heart, but would not tolerate wrong doings and always wanted to protect his family from the bad things of the world. He loved football, could play a mean guitar and wrote wonderful songs about his trust and love for Christ. Though my father has been gone physically for many years, his presence is always close by. I carry him in my heart. Thank you daddy for loving me, and teaching me how to love.
