Tomorrow is my grandmas 40th day since her angels took her away. I suddenly missed her so much and i recall how she would make me the best breakfast when i lived with her in philam. She would make the best omelettes- chorizo, potatoes and all. Before i would go to school i would find myself indulging in her delicious breakfast feast complete with cocoa and toasts.i just miss her. Maybe now shes cooking up breakfast for my dad in heaven. She btw learned to cook from all the places she travelled before and was able to teach me some tricks in cooking from whatever is inside the fridge. I cooked breakfast today trying to copy her torta madrilena. Gospeed Lola Bonita.
