Tomorrow is the first Monday of 2015. Its the day many people choose to start their new year resolutions. Did you make a resolution to yourself? If one of them was to get in shape this year, ask yourself; did you make that same resolution in 2014? 2013? 2012...? If you answered yes and are still not where you want to be this year you now need to ask yourself what happened? And why have you not achieved the desired results after an entire year? Then ask yourself, what will you do differently this year to make sure you see things through this time. Many of the reasons I hear all the time are I lost motivation, I tried but didnt see any results, the gym is always so crowded, its too hard. Does this ALSO sound like YOU? If i am describing you and you are done with making excuses to yourself and seriously want to give it your ALL in 2015, message me and we can talk about the wide variety of options that are available to you.
