Tomorrow marks 3 weeks with no bad carbs, or treats. Could I go for a frozen yogurt? Yes. Do I miss potato chips? Double yes. Positive changes Ive noticed…7 lbs. weight loss, skin is smoother on my face, heart burn has literally disappeared, my shorts from 2 years ago fit (woohoo!), when I look down I cant feel my chin like I did 3 weeks ago, and…heres a big one…my daughter said I look in my 20s today. I still have a way to go, but when I go into a restaurant and see the bad for me food, I feel great knowing it doesnt have that control over me anymore. I just stocked up on tomatoes, cabbage, bananas, cherries, and pineapple.
