Tomorrow morning I am moving to Toronto! I have been thinking a lot about the first time I moved to Toronto about 10 years ago, and how I fell in love with the St. Lawrence Market. At that time, I lived about 5 blocks away, and would visit the market almost daily. Each visit I would purchase a new cheese to try. Since I was studying Italian Culinary at that time, often my choice in cheese was Italian. I remember falling for Pecorinos and Robiolas, and had fun learning more about them after I moved to Italy. When I wake up on Tuesday I will walk the 10 blocks from my new home in Toronto, straight to the St. Lawrence Market, and buy some cheese. I couldnt be more excited. I wonder what I will choose? :)
