Tomorrow the experiment begins. I will be brine fermenting to pickle some of the meanest peppers out there. In about 2 months I will have some fire out your hole hot sauce. I am going to be keeping the seeds to grow my own, so in awhile I might have some extras if anyone wants them. The seeds are going to be red and yellow Trinidad Scorpion (extremely hot), Bhut Jolika aka Ghost (super hot), Yellow Datil (very hot, like an habanero with a hint of fruit). I will also have red, yellow, and chocolate habaneros.
