Tomorrows election in Tajikistan will be neither free nor fair, but that does not mean we should give up on the Tajik people. Twenty years ago, Georgia was a basket case, but through the will of the people and innovative leadership, Georgia transformed (despite recent backsliding). No country is doomed to dictatorship.
