ToneYour Tummy! Try this sequence at home and slim your waist! First start sitting up with your hands slightly behind you with fingers face forward. Next pull your belly button in toward your spin lean back to where your back allows you to go and shoot your legs straight out. Then keeping your feet on the ground bring your hands together while slightly leaning back rotate side to side keeping your belly in tight. Make sure you turn your head with your body.
