Toni Vavra Wilder Joint Appropriations Committee Senator Eli Bebout and Representative Steve Harshman, Co-chairmen of the Joint Appropriations Committee, have announced the Committee will meet: December 9th through the 13th, 2013 December 16th through 20th, 2013 January 13th through 17th, 2014 and January 20th through 24th Beginning at various times Capitol Building Room 204 Cheyenne, Wyoming The primary purpose of these meetings is to hold budget hearings for and development of the 2015-2016 Biennial Budget. The Committee is also scheduled to review legislation related to school capital construction and other legislation on interim topics, as necessary. A tentative agenda for the meeting is included with this meeting notice. Individuals who plan to provide written information to the Committee during the meeting should bring sufficient copies of the information for members of the Committee, Committee staff, and interested members of the audience. In addition, please provide an electronic copy of the materials to Committee staff at the meeting. Agencies scheduled to testify should submit electronic and hard copies of their testimony two business days in advance of the meeting. All materials provided to the Committee in written form will be part of the official record of the Committee’s meeting and will be on file at the Legislative Service Office.
