Tonight I am hoping to share my ideas on flow during training. There are many new types of exercise coming out on flow training such as Animal flow training. (https://youtube/watch?v=cyTi73__-vA) However impressive movement like this is, and it is easy to be impressed by movement like this, for me this isnt flow. It is still highly mechanical and prescriptive. You still are planning ahead on the next movement, only instead the old circuit of squats, bicep curls and chest presses you are doing this. This type of training is still proactive rather than reactive. When water flows over rocks it doesnt predict and plan movement it reacts to the environment. This concept of reaction is something Im going to try and share with you this evening. Should be fun. Scott
