Tonight I did 1 ¾ hours workout starting with cardio to warm-up, then full upper body & core with free weights, cable crossover weights, and kettlebells. My friends when you start to get discouraged about your weight loss progress please remember that this takes a matter of time depending how much weight you need to lose it can take a couple of months to a couple of years. In other words what you have gained took years to get where you are now, so don’t expect to see results overnight! Keep your mindset on a positive note today, and let go of yesterday because you can’t change it! Start tuning in and focus on why you started a journey to get healthy & fit! You already have the determination, and that’s called dedication! You already have the will, and you will make it happen! No matter what your goals are, it’s a journey of a pathway to the road of success of a better life and health one step at a time! Thus it can and will take time, the 367 lbs that I’ve lost took me under 4 years, and no one ever said that it’s going to be easy. It was a long journey, but I remained focused the entire time to accomplish my dreams. My heart goes out to all of you on your weight loss, health & fitness journey, and I wish you well. If you ever have any questions or anything that I may be of help with you here, just please feel free to message me.
