Tonight I hit legs in the gym. Still nursing the elbow and probably will be well into next week. A1: leg extentions - warm up - 3 x 25 into (30 kgs) A2: Machine Adduction - warm up - 3 x 25 into A3: Machine abduction - warm up - 3 x 25 B1: Leg extentions - 3 x 10 (90kgs, 95 kgs, 105 kgs) B2: Machine adduction - 3 x 10 B3: Machine abduction - 3 x 10 C1: Lying leg curls - 3 x 10 (30 kgs, 35 kgs, 40kgs) C2: Seated machine calf raises - 3 x 12 (50kgs, 70kgs) D1: Single leg press - 3 x 10 (each leg) (50 kgs, 100 kgs, 120 kgs) D2: Leg press calf raises - 3 x 20 (50 kgs, 100 kgs, 120 kgs) E1: BB straight legged deadlifts - 3 x 10 (60 kgs, 80 kgs, 90 kgs) F1: walking DB lunges - 3 x 40 (20 lunges each leg) 45lbs DB F2: Single leg calf raises - 3 x 10 (50 kgs) If you give this a go let me know how you get on.
