Tonight I learned that our neighbors across the street are pretty much the best neighbors ever! Unfortunately I discovered this while the only 3 words I could articulate were, Terry. Mom. Baby. On our first whole day alone, I had one of my worst fears happen. A bad gallbladder attack took a turn towards worst pain Ive ever felt in my life and I was temporarily unable to take care of Tilly. Im not sure how I managed to get across the street, but luckily Mom was already on speaker phone and was able to ask the neighbor to take me to the ER while his wife went and got the baby from our house and took care of her for me. The good news is that is was just simply an attack and not an acute issue that required immediate surgery or anything. Boo-Boo is now back in Kentucky to help with Tilly in case this happens again, and were calling the surgeon in the morning to see about moving surgery to this week. How can one tiny organ cause so much damage?! I will be happy when its gone...
