Tonight I made honey mustard pretzel crusted chicken. The top photo shows the chicken marinating in homemade honey mustard sauce, and sourdough pretzels that received the wrath of my meat tenderizer. The middle photo shows the chicken tenders pretzeled and ready to go into the oven. The bottom photo shows the final product, served with a nice salad. We drizzled honey mustard sauce over the chicken and enjoyed. This is the first time I made this and would make it again if it were a bit more Weight Watchers friendly. It will be a cheat day meal.
