Tonight I made spaghetti squash and it was a mixed success. Following a YouTube how-to, I boiled it for 30 minutes but it wasnt done. But it was done enough that I could remove the husk from half of it and finish it in the microwave. Dinner was only 15 minutes later than planned and the squash (served with marinara under a chicken breast) was just fine. Despite it not being perfect, this was a good first experience -- alls well that ends well -- nobody got hurt. :)
