Tonight I realised that what brings me much Joy is the crazy - TopicsExpress

Tonight I realised that what brings me much Joy is the crazy (according to some) spur of the moment stuff, the going with my heart moments, the nonsensical actions, the totally unconventional way of things. The question to myself was this: Is that a problem? And why do I not do this more often? Its an interesting thought and yet such an important one to be answered. If joy is the result of being who I truly am in every moment, why would anything hold me back from BEing that? Thinking about possible consequences can hold us back but then we are predicting a future that hasnt happened. What if the consequences enabled even more Joy? Validation and love (wanting or needing them from others)are 2 big factors in life that affect most people at some time but once these can be felt within (not then needing them from others to feel whole, loved or validated) then the illusion of not having the freedom to BE disappears. Being or doing the sensible, right, thing is not always the recipe for Joy and happiness. It may bring others happiness that you are conforming or doing what is expected but if it is not firing up your soul is it worth continuing? In the contemplating of life, the answers are found. In the opening up of our hearts, Love becomes a stronger energy than human fears and Joy can emerge in every action, and every inaction. I think I may get back to the crazy :)
