Tonight I sit here with no Christmas tree or decorations put out. No family here. Kiddos gone. Nothing planned for tomorrow. Ive had a terrible year with my health and its been a hard year on our rescue with so much loss and expense. I was feeling sorry for myself and how this is the first Christmas without so to speak.....then I realized, as Faith Hill sings here, I found Christmas...it is all around me all year long and its in my heart. Its all of you who foster, transport, donate, network, adopt and rescue and make team Rocky who we are and I aspire to be like. Its my wonderful and truly amazing admins who work tirelessly around the clock that make me proud. Look how many Danes and Dane mixes and dogs that get to have their first families this Christmas!! Wow!!! I truly found Christmas all year round. Merry Christmas everyone and may you all be as blessed as I am.
