Tonight I took the kids out to dinner for their Birthdays. Joe just had his and Demi will have hers this week. I told them a few days ago to figure out where they wanted to go & I would take them. They came back and said Texas Roadhouse so we went. If your like me when I hear Texas Roadhouse I think steak. So what did the kids order? Demi got a pork chop and Joe bought a burger. Go figure they pick a steak house and then dont order any steak. That left it up to me to order a steak and I stepped up to the plate and did just that. We had a great time with good food and plenty of laughs. It was a very nice evening. To Demi & Joe: Happy birthday kids - I love you both! Dad
