Tonight I will go to bed as a happy man. The patriotism & activism in the street is amazing, regardless of the outcome. I do not want to spoil the party but will share a lesson I learned few years ago. Your love to this country should not depend on who is your elected president, senator or local council member. A lot of the people I meet in my circle, mostly so called educated elitists, used to to insult the country & people to the extent they wanted to migrate abroad. This country is not a hotel you check in/out whenever you want. For the new revolutionaries, be the agent of change & welcome to your first step to activism. As for democracy, be prepared that that we still have a long road so be ready for some disappointment. Hope you now know how we felt in Jan 25. Please do not forget to pray for our shohadaa.
