Tonight Im grateful for comedy ... good comedy. Tim Conway, Carol Burnett, Monty Python, Bill Cosby ... so many comedians/comediennes have done it so well ... and so cleanly. No profanity. No vulgarity. Just the sheer reality of how funny life itself can be. Im not at all saying I wasnt highly amused by George Carlin, Eddie Murphy, Richard Pryor, Howie Mandel, Robin Williams ... I was just always impressed by those who could get a laugh without the sensationalism.
