Tonight Kaz played their last game in the Raich Carter league and an opening grading game at new league Goals. Kazakhstan 6 Them 2 Kaz signed off in style from the Raich Carter league in what was a good, competitive game. We took a comfortable 3-0 lead early on but Them got back into it and it was a tight game until the end mainly due to us hitting the woodwork repeatedly. The last action in the RC league was for Captain Brian to slot home a penalty :-) Squad; Cobb, Leigh, Warin, Leckenby, Austin, Nelson and Spurs. Goals; Lewi (3), Trev, Mik and Brian. Kazakhstan 12 ? 6 Kaz battered their opposition in their grading game. Highlights of the game included the welcome return in goal of Stevie Udale, Trev getting knocked over off some guy running into him like a steam train and John Warin slotting home a brace, one of which was a very well taken penalty! Squad; Udale, Leigh, Warin, Leckenby, Austin, Nelson and Barney. Goals; Barney (4), Mik (3), Brian (2), JW (2) and Trev.
