Dr. Carey Rowan, Medical Ministry International I have always heard in church that we should use our time, talent, and treasure to help others! Dr. Rowan received his medical degrees from St. Georges University in Grenada, West Indies, & Brooklyn Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Both his medical internship and residency in Ophthalmology were completed at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center, where Dr. Rowan served as Chief Resident in the Department of Ophthalmology. Dr. Rowan has participated in many medical mission trips to remote regions of the world, giving the gift of sight to local people with Medical Ministries International. He has traveled to Mexico, Honduras, India & the Dominican Republic, & has performed thousands of cataract surgeries. Come join us to hear about his most recent mission trip to Leticia, Columbia. Dr. Rowan and his family are members of Ascension He is board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
