Tonight a husband made a stirring appeal for help as he struggles to care for his ailing wife and two young daughters, ages 7 and 3. His wife Vashti, who is currently being treated at the Port of Spain General Hospital, has lost one of her legs and since the amputation three months ago, he has had to give up working as a security guard to care for her and their kids.
