Womens Self Defense | 9:15am & 7:15pm Black Belt Concepts | 8:00pm Our Womens Self Defense class is open to women of all experience levels and there is a simple class fee of $10 so you can drop in and learn some every day valuable skills! Our 8pm black belt class is unlike any other we offer. During this time slot we look at concepts, principles, and skills in a way that is very conducive to exploration and question answering.
