Tonight at Torbay Photographic Society. MIKE DA SILVA will be creating a new image from many other images. He will be taking us through the whole procedure using layer masks and overlaying to produce the new image. This processing technique has produced many winning entries in club competitions and created much interest so I was delighted that Mike was willing to share his method with us all. For the second half of the evening there will be a split with Roger Edwardes with All you need to know to get started for beginners and less experienced members, covering all the basic methods to improve your images using Photoshop, and Mike Da Silver demonstrating and discussing more of his advanced camera techniques such as smoke trails or time lapse photography. All in all an interesting and interactive evening which we hope you will find both fascinating and informative. Guests welcome. Do come along and get involved
