Tonight for dinner I defrosted a small bag of green beans and stewed them with tomatoes for the leftover Campanella pasta. I pan fried a breast of chicken cut thinly into cutlets with flour, salt and pepper in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. I added 1/4 cup of white wine, two diced plum tomatoes , 1/4 chicken bouillon and 3/4 cup of water . Simmered for 10 minutes. Added very thinly sliced caciocavallo cheese. Covered it to melt the cheese. Served it over sautéed beet greens.
